The staff were especially polite and friendly, and the facilities were very good. I’d like to see more choices at the buffet, though. Rooms facing the highway can be noisy, and getting to Side or Alanya takes around 30 minutes by bus in either direction.

We stayed from 8th April 2026 until 15th April 2026, and our whole family had a brilliant time with Ali and the entertainment staff. The food was lovely and there was plenty at every serving. Our room and the pool were both clean, and all the staff were amazing. We’re hoping to visit again in the near future.

The thing that changed my view was discovering that the hotel blocks bookings for solo male travelers. I found that disappointing and, to me, discriminatory. Gender and travel style shouldn’t decide whether someone can get accommodation in a civilized country or modern hospitality. I’m a 40-year-old man who came to work on my PhD dissertation and go for walks, with no parties or anything like that. I’d stayed solo in April and liked the clean hotel, efficient staff, and good location. Afterward they even sent me a survey asking if I planned to return, and I said yes. So I was shocked when I tried to book again. The place has potential, but until the policy is changed and clearly explained, I can’t recommend it. One star.

My daughter is a very fussy eater, and the entertainment team went out of their way to prepare food we asked for. They were energetic, engaging, and open to suggestions, which made a big difference for us. The hotel felt safe and family-friendly, and the beach was a short walk away, clean, and great for children to enjoy safely. The food was good, especially the traditional Turkish dishes. We also liked the Vitamin Bar cocktails, though they cost extra. The lobby is elegant and welcoming, and our modern room was clean and comfortable. The staff were always friendly and helpful, so we felt right at home. We had a fantastic stay at Annabella Diamond Hotel and would recommend it to families looking for a relaxing holiday.

Once the arrival problems were sorted out, I got the room I’d originally booked and felt happy with the result. The massage was amazing, and I’ve already booked two trips as well as a Turkish massage at the hotel. Now I’m looking forward to the holiday adventure. I’ll share more as it goes on.
