Arsi Blue Beach Hotel

There was never a dull moment, thanks to the energetic animators. They put on parties and activities every day, and the atmosphere was especially lively for young people. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. I really enjoyed my stay and am very happy with the vacation! 👍🔥💃🍹🌴

We spent the whole week wishing we were back home. That's not what a holiday should feel like. After working hard to pay for a break, no one should have to go through something like this. Our all-inclusive trip turned into stress and disgust, and I've never felt so let down and outright scammed. The pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, but it was dirty and moldy, and closed at 5:30 PM every day, forcing us out. The slides were switched off most of the day, and there was no evening entertainment. On arrival, both showers in the room were broken, the toilet seat was loose, and the sink was damaged. The bathroom was filthy, and the smell of cat urine in the hallways was overwhelming. Hygiene across the hotel was far below acceptable standards. The food was inedible, so we had to spend another €500 eating elsewhere to avoid getting sick. We'd paid for all-inclusive, not food poisoning. The drinks were low quality, staff were unhelpful, and even asking for clean towels seemed like a burden. This isn't a three-star hotel, it's a disgrace.

Two cheerful animators helped make the stay bearable. The other staff mostly seemed arrogant and unhappy, and the DJ was cheerful one day, grumpy the next. The pool itself was clean, and the sunbeds were comfortable, but the tables around it were awful. The hotel felt dirty and had no coziness. I only enjoyed myself because my group of friends was fun. Only one of the two elevators worked. The rooms were small and fairly clean at first, but nobody cleaned them during our five days there. There was so much sand that we wore slippers, and the towels were never changed. Food gets a 3/10: we could find something, but it was a struggle. This was my first all-inclusive with no cocktails, just beer, wine, gin, and vodka, and no daytime snacks either. Everything else was bad, though still bearable.

The staff were very helpful, but there was almost nothing nearby beyond a few local shops, and the location felt very secluded. Food at the hotel was practically inedible. On New Year's Day the bar shut at 10 PM sharp. My room was falling apart. The balcony door was broken, with no locking mechanism on one side. The place badly needs repairs and renovation. I won't be coming back.
