The beach is a major plus, just a one-minute walk away, and there’s a relaxed pool bar downstairs that’s nice for unwinding in the day or evening. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the city center, but being farther out also makes the area quieter. The hotel was clean and tidy, with well-kept rooms and common spaces. I appreciated that the downstairs toilets were always clean. Staff were kind, welcoming, and understanding, and the service was excellent, especially from Furkan and Onur, who were consistently helpful, friendly, and professional. I had a really comfortable, stress-free stay and would happily come back. It’s a great choice for cleanliness, friendly service, a laid-back atmosphere, and being close to the beach.

Update: the hotel is also actively burying bad reviews by renaming the property and creating duplicate listings here and on booking com. The cleaning staff entered my room twice while I was on a work call, sitting on the bed half dressed. The first time, two women saw me and left. Twenty minutes later they opened the door again, ignored me, and started putting useless decorations on the second bed, so I had to end my call early. They didn’t speak English, and there was no way to communicate. They didn’t say what they were doing or why it was urgent. A few minutes later my partner arrived, and they immediately left without finishing. So it clearly wasn’t that important. I wouldn’t believe this if it hadn’t happened to me. It was unbelievably disrespectful. The man at reception brushed it off and said I should have put a “do not disturb” card on the door, as if it were my fault staff came and went while I was undressed and hadn’t invited anyone in. There was no card in the room when we arrived, and none was given at check-in. The door’s deadbolt is just for show and opens straight away with the electronic key. I felt unsafe, so we moved to a cheaper, much quieter hotel where you can’t hear every movement from other people on the floor.

We had a great location and nice rooms, but this was our first and last time at the hotel. Cleaning was hit and miss, and there was no dish soap, so we bought our own. The tattoo studio next door was another problem: its owner, “Jake,” kept trying to sell us tattoos throughout the holiday and even came into the pool area. One night the receptionist seemed high. We reported it to booking.com, but the manager then messaged me asking me to take down the review, which felt very unprofessional. Credit to the older waiter at the downstairs bar, though, he was friendly and helpful. Ten points to him.

The staff at The Gossip Bar helped make our stay with the kids so good. They were attentive and liked joking around with the children. There’s a lovely pool area, good food, and plenty of entertainment. Our room was spacious, and the location is ideal, near Kleopatra beach, restaurants, and markets, while still being in a fairly quiet area. The cleaning staff were lovely and quick to help whenever we needed anything for the room. The mosque is very close, so I’d recommend running the air conditioning and keeping the doors shut at night. Great hotel for families, highly recommend.

We stayed for two weeks in April and May 2024. The apartments are large, with really big balconies, though the furniture isn’t new. The bathroom is a bit small but fairly modern, and the roomy kitchen had everything we needed. There’s a pretty good pool right outside, plus a very good bar with great staff. The beach is close, and the location is excellent, though there’s a mosque right next door. We got used to the prayer calls quickly. The staff were really helpful and nice.
