Club Aqua Plaza

Berkay took especially good care of us, and the animation team helped make our holiday fun. My children loved the aqua park, and we all enjoyed the very good food. I came with my family, and we were extremely pleased with our stay. It’s a very good hotel in every way.

The pool was pretty nice and the food was good. The hotel is quite far from anywhere, and there’s a local designer Outlet nearby, but all the shops sell the same things at the same prices, so we didn’t find bargains. I stayed in August 2025. The photos all show the hotel brand new, but we had multiple power cuts in one day. Luckily I didn’t use the lift, or I could have been stuck for 20 minutes. The safe was free, but the kettle and hairdryer didn’t work. There was quite a bit of mold in the shower, which I reported to my holiday rep, but nothing happened. Every shower flooded the bathroom, and the toilet had several stains. You can extend your stay for 4 10 Euros an hour.

We ended up at Club Aqua Plaza after a bad stay at Armas Beach Hotel, and it felt like being rescued. From the start the place was lively and comfortable, with huge green grounds that felt like another world after the “concrete hell” we’d just left. My parents and I had some initial room trouble at reception, but Maya somehow found us excellent rooms and helped with everything. My parents were in one room and those of us who were younger, including me at 18, were in another. It worked out well because my parents could finally rest. There’s a lot to explore across the grounds, including a jacuzzi, several pools with one saltwater pool, bars, a beach and a gym. The gym equipment is shabby, though you might not be on holiday to work out. There are plenty of loungers in different styles, and we could always find an open spot. Kids have a mini-park with swings and slides, plus a tidy garden and clean grounds. The one awkward feature is the smoking area by the entrance. The water park is huge, one of the largest I’ve seen. It has about five main slides, some extreme and some for families, as well as a separate children’s castle with eight slides: four small, two medium and two large, one indoor and one outdoor. Lifeguard Devran helped make the pool fun as well as keeping watch. He came up with activities, rode the slides with us and chatted. He was a cool guy. There’s a snack bar beside the stage open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. with shawarma, strips, fries, fruit, burgers, ice cream and lots of drinks. In the evening, the little ones had a mini-disco and dancing, followed by shows with stuntmen, acrobats, magicians and hip-hop artists. The roller-skating performer was especially memorable. Thanks to Ceyda for organizing it all, you can tell the team put their heart into the work. The Tuesday and Thursday foam parties by the pool were a hit with adults and children, with music, energy and lots of laughter. The restaurant had lines because the hotel is so large, but the food was worth waiting for. Everything tasted good, especially the grilled meat and desserts. There were cakes, chicken, fish, vegetables and fruit, all fresh and appetizing. The sea was warm, around 26°C, with fresh air and perfect weather. We even got a little sunburned, though it was October. The guests were relaxed and friendly, including Germans, Russians and Ukrainians. Service was lovely throughout. The waiters were quick and friendly, and the one on roller skates was fun to watch as he joked and played with the kids. The bartenders were attentive and smiling. I also want to thank the doctor, who treated me quickly after I accidentally hit my head and called a free taxi to the hospital. The examination and treatment cost $280, which was expensive, but the doctor’s kindness meant a lot.

We had a nice, clean stay with our family. The staff were kind, always smiling, and easy to communicate with. There’s an animation club for kids, which was really nice. I can’t say a bad thing about this hotel, and we’ll definitely come back!
