Dizalya Palm Garden - All Inclusive

The food was good, but we missed having some imported drinks, especially since we’d been told they served them. The rooms were clean, though the hotel’s biggest weakness is still the Wi-Fi. I’d especially like to mention the staff: waiters Nuri and Murat, barman Demirham and his Boss, and animator Huseyin.

The faulty minibar fridge was never replaced, so for our 10-day stay we had no cold water or drinks in the room, even though we kept reporting it. Meals were frozen or fried food day after day, with toxic pink ham, no decent drinks and no proper coffee. I definitely wouldn’t return. Maybe three or four employees were nice and smiley. The rest seemed to be there as punishment and could barely speak English. Good luck if you’ve booked a holiday here. Hope you’ve got a tolerant stomach and strong nerves.

The entertainment team worked hard to keep guests amused, and the staff all put in effort to make people happy. The main restaurant had a large selection and something for everyone. The food was fairly good overall, while the beach bar and cafe had fewer choices but cooked food fresh or to order. The hotel was nice and well looked after, and I’d highly recommend it if not for a couple of issues. Our room wasn’t cleaned properly, and we didn’t get the two bottles of water a day replaced for three days. Others in our group on another floor did get their two bottles each day. The wine and spirits weren’t great, which was a shame.

The animation team were incredible, and all the staff, from cleaners to hairdressers and everyone else, seemed to love what they do. The grounds were nice and well maintained. Our room was clean and got tidied and had its towels changed daily, though we only used it for sleeping. Turkish night was the best for food, and on the other days we always found something to eat without a problem. I don’t write many reviews, but this time I had to. It was SUPER.
