The staff were so patient and understanding, and this was the only off-season hotel I've stayed in that felt like home. Next time, I'll make sure I bring more money.

Sema and Ismail, especially, made us feel welcome, but the whole reception team was kind and honest and went out of their way to help. I've stayed in five-star places where the staff weren't nearly as helpful or genuinely kind. The rooms were clean and had a homely feel, and the pool was well looked after. The sea is only a short walk away, too. Isabella Hotel is budget-friendly, but the value is hard to beat, and it felt better than many four-star hotels if you're not after extreme luxury. We had a great stay and will be back.

The staff were warm and friendly, and we had a really peaceful five nights. I was doubtful at first after reading the negative reviews, but the room turned out much nicer than the photos suggested, with a lovely mountain view from the balcony. Cleanliness could have been better, though.

The rooms smelled bad, the beds were dusty, and it was freezing with no heating. Everything felt old and worn, and nothing worked. Not good.

The rooms were really clean, the location was great, and the staff were lovely. I went in expecting the bad reviews to be right, but it wasn't like that at all. I don't agree with those comments. Great hotel!
