Justiniano Deluxe Resort – All Inclusive

Justinano Hotel really gets you into the Christmas spirit, with beautiful decorations everywhere. The animation team kept us busy and entertained all day. Special thanks to Samet, who looked after us every day and always brought a smile. Such a polite, helpful, friendly guy.

The staff were great across the hotel. The restaurant greeter was lovely, one waiter also played guitar, and the pizza chef deserves a mention too. Sorry I can't remember everyone's name. Mohamed, who hosted us in the restaurant, made sure we had everything and always had a smile. Feraye made us delicious coffee at the patissiere. It was the best all inclusive coffee we've ever had, and all six of us agree. Thanks as well to Eldiiar, who helped us sort out accommodation problems from the first day at reception with a positive attitude and real professionalism. The rooms were nice and clean, and the grounds are full of trees. The beach is large, with wooden walkways, though it's a bit rocky. Some of the food and the alcohol were a little below the rest of the hotel experience.

There are lots of games to choose from, including darts, chess, football, volleyball, and basketball, and disco time was fun. The staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious, with plenty of dishes, including diet food. Room service was a weak point: the housekeepers often didn't put much effort into cleaning, but we adjusted. The entrance wasn't impressive. On our first night we weren't given a room in the main building and stayed in another one, though the golf cars helped. Overall, I'm happy with the service and experience, but they could do better.

We loved the whole feel of Justiniano Deluxe Hotel, including the outdoor areas, pool, and beach. My family stayed five nights in December, and we were happy with the room, food, friendly staff, and excellent service. We'd definitely go back.
