The hotel itself was nice and we enjoyed much of our stay. It was about 95% full of Russians, which we were completely fine with. The food was okay and generally nice. But I need to warn people about the staff. After two or three days, my girlfriend, who I've been with for eight years, got a strange Instagram message from someone calling himself a security manager at a five-star hotel in Alanya. He sent her a love message. When she asked how he got her contact, it seemed clear to us that he'd abused his authority, used cameras or personal data to identify her and get her details, and then contacted her on Instagram to ask her out. He had apparently realized she was there with me. We felt endangered at the hotel. The head of security has a lot of authority there, and if someone in that role is misusing it, nobody is safe. This happened six months ago, but we were afraid. I think he should lose his job and that his actions should be reported to the appropriate authority. The hotel should deal with this immediately. I'm sad we experienced something we'd never encountered anywhere else in the world. Security should be someone you can turn to in danger. If security is the one causing it, who can you trust? This is crazy. I'm sharing a screenshot of the chat to show what happened.

We tried breakfast in the Theodore block two days ago and really liked this new concept. It was delicious and refined, so we'll be eating there from now on. Great hotel.

The warm sea and sunny weather were the pleasant parts of an otherwise unforgettable holiday. We stayed in the Teodoro building behind the main one. That wasn't a problem, since walking through the club was quicker, but our room had no view. The cups in the Teodoro restaurant were always dirty, with marks left by people who'd already used them. Sometimes you could get paper cups instead. My husband tried to add kettle water to his tea, but it came out cloudy and had black bits in it. Check what you're drinking, especially if you have children. Wi-Fi is free only in the lobby. If you need to work on a laptop, be warned there is only ONE outlet there. The reception air conditioning wasn't working. When we asked for it to be turned on, we were told it WAS NOT WORKING!!!! No wonder the reception desk is staffed only by children. Who can stand this heat? Hotel management should work at reception immediately and sweat like the other guests. And the main building's air conditioning only works on a schedule, which is ridiculous. They're charging a huge amount for a holiday but not delivering the services. We will not come to Justiniano again, and we'll advise others to avoid it too.

We stayed a few years ago and had a good time. Our honeymoon suite was in the Theodore building on the top floor, with pentachoas above us. Friends stayed in one of those rooms and liked it too. Our suite had a big podium bed, mirrors on both sides, and a stylish, trendy look for that time. The balcony view of the sea was stunning. Theodore was quieter, as families with children who were put there asked to move to the main building. I liked our building better. It had a decent sized pool on the grounds, a bar, and easy access to the sea. The hotel beach is large but crowded, and sun loungers sometimes ran out. We went swimming and sunbathing nearer the mountain on the left, where it was more comfortable and less busy. When it wasn't too hot in the morning or evening, we climbed the mountain for the lovely views. There was plenty of food, including meat, fish, fruit, and sweets, and the drinks at the bar were decent. There's also a snack bar, and sometimes we skipped the restaurant at lunch because a woman made gozleme on the beach. Evenings had the usual hotel entertainment. We could see the neighboring hotel on the left from our balcony, and its shows, disco, and music were more interesting. We could hear it clearly, especially late at night, and it sometimes bothered us. The hotel is quite suitable for a holiday if you have a good, positive atmosphere.

The entrance renovations at Teodora hadn't been announced, and check-in was delayed because of them. We were greeted very rudely, then given one room on the second floor for four people. The staircase there was impressive, but we insisted on a different room and were moved into one that was extremely dusty. We arrived at noon but weren't checked in until 5 PM. The hairdryer and kettle in the room didn't work, and there was a constant puddle in the bathroom. The minibar wasn't stocked, despite the “VIP all-inclusive” package. The drinks weren't juices, and the food felt like resort fare. The only fruit available was apples and oranges.
