The room was fantastic and the service excellent. Resat and Jasmine at the breakfast café deserve a special mention for being so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They made me feel valued and helped make the stay memorable. They’re a real asset to the hotel and deserve recognition.

Our room had a gorgeous view and was spacious and very, very clean. Breakfast was included, with a great selection and fresh pancakes each morning. The service was amazing, and the breakfast team, resat, jasmine, seda and sima, looked after us so well. I can’t thank you enough!!!

We spent 10 nights at Rayelin hotel in room 306. It’s a new, very clean hotel, and our standard room had reasonable space. The staff in the restaurant, at reception, and in housekeeping were polite and helpful, always speaking with a smile. Breakfast was good, and the facilities were excellent: gym, pool, spa, turkish bath, and massage. The location is great, with the train station about 100 meters away and restaurants and shops nearby. The price was reasonable, especially when booking directly with the hotel. Our one suggestion is to switch the TV system to Smart or install Chrom cast. With that change, Rayelin hotel would be a 5-star hotel. We recommend it and were happy to stay at Rayelin Hotel Old City.

We loved the gorgeous room, the comfortable bed, and the lovely staff. We were pleasantly surprised that the room was cleaned every day. Breakfast wasn’t great for us, though, as there wasn’t as much variety as we’d have liked. And the staff at the cafe on the reception floor treated us poorly and had absolutely no service skills.
