Kaila Krizantem Hotel

The food was the best part for us, with lots of tasty choices. The chef was lovely and spent time outside the kitchen making sure everything was okay. My daughter had her birthday on our second day, and he brought her a little cake with a candle when I asked. She was so happy. The hotel was quiet, the rooms were clean and cleaned every day, and everyone treated us so nicely. I emailed to ask about a sea view upgrade, and they arranged it. The beach itself was a little dirty, though the people there were more what bothered me. Still, one of the best holidays my family and I have had. We’ll definitely go again. 🥳🤩😊

The pool activity and animation team brought a lot of fun energy to the stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room was cleaned well each day. Beach beds were free, and we got fresh towels daily, which was a nice bonus. There was plenty to choose from at meals, though a lot of the food tasted similar and dishes sat out for a while without visible cooling. Still, there was enough variety that you wouldn’t go hungry. We had a very pleasant stay at Kaila Krizantem Hotel and found it good value.

We first stayed here in June this year, and it went beyond what I expected. The food was delicious, with plenty of options, and everything in and around the hotel was clean. Our room looked newly renovated and was neat. The staff were all friendly and hardworking. Ömer made us the best drinks, and arm wrestling at the bar was fun. I’d definitely recommend it.

Husein at the bar was the exception, always smiling and bringing good vibes. The rest of the staff were just okay, with little warmth and no thanks or goodbye. The pools were nice and clean, but people claimed the loungers with towels at 6 a.m., so you had to get up early to get one. The hotel is close to the beach, though some loungers were old and they charged extra for a very thin sponge pad. The sand was full of rubbish and really dirty. Our room was cleaned only three times during our nine-day stay, and the sheets stayed the same from day one. The food was 2/10: bland and full of dill. The tomatoes and about half the salads weren’t washed, cherry tomatoes still had dirt on them, and the chicken, kebabs, and minced meat seemed raw inside, just burned outside. The drinks tasted like syrup mixed with water, with their own juices instead of Fanta or Coca-Cola. This definitely didn’t feel like a four-star hotel, more like a two-star, and the rooms didn’t look like the photos. I’d skip it. It was really dirty and the food was poor.
