Kleopatra Saray Hotel

For about €200 for a week in the off-season, it was decent for the price. The staff were friendly, the location was good, and the room was very clean. Some rooms have a nice view. The room was basic, with old, worn furniture. It had a fairly large refrigerator, a safe, and a dressing table, but no chair or minibar. The beds were hard, which may suit some people. There was just one thin cotton blanket, about 1 by 1.6 metres, almost towel-sized, and nothing else available. With the air conditioning on, it got too cold to sleep.

I booked through Agoda for my wife, child, and me. The listing showed one double bed and one single, but our room had only two single beds. I reported it to both Agoda and the hotel, but nothing was done, so I left. They didn’t give me the refund I requested. The room was very dirty and old, the hotel smelled foul, and the air conditioners didn’t cool. Staff weren’t helpful at all. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. Scam hotel, stay away!

For the price it was good overall, and I met nice people and had a great time. It was December, and there were few staff around. The key in the door didn’t work on the first day. They only clean the room if you ask.

The location was excellent, close to the beach, town, and lovely restaurants and cafés. We were three girls from Denmark and felt very safe. The staff were really nice and always willing to help, whether we needed directions around town or someone to play doctor. We became especially friendly with receptionist “Emrah”, who was always smiling and polite. The place was also very clean. The staff were quite strict about not bringing visitors in, and preferred guests not to be loud, even though it’s an adults-only hotel and there may be loud young guests from March to May. The food wasn’t the best, but we had a really good experience overall and would recommend it.
