So far, so good.

The room smelled damp, and there was no water when we woke up in the morning. I found no hygiene anywhere, and it hadn't been cleaned. I don't believe the positive reviews are sincere. This place could ruin your holiday. If you're in the area, I strongly suggest seeing it before deciding. The photos might disappoint.

The hotel's design was fantastic, with art portraits everywhere, and even the bed and curtains had a striking, distinctive look. But we were two friends who chose badly. In June we were made to stay here, and though we expected one of the rooms shown in the photos, they gave us a room that wasn't listed online or even on Google. They said it was the only one available, and the hotel was indeed fully booked. About 80% of the rooms were dark and had no ceiling lights. Apart from the bathroom, all the lights in ours were red. Sorry to put it this way, but it felt like a fantasy room for a single night. The room had very few power outlets, and 90% of them were being used for the lighting. We asked reception for help. A young gentleman tried, but couldn't do anything. He kept talking about the hotel and how popular it was, though we'd already made the wrong choice. I've never seen or known a room so closed in, stuffy and oppressive. The rooms in the photos all had balconies. We may simply have ended up with one of the worst rooms there. Please excuse my comments, but people should know what to expect before arriving.
