Kleopatra Royal Palm Hotel

We spent a month here with my wife, and the team made us feel welcome from arrival. The room was comfortable, clean, and well prepared, while reception staff were kind, helpful, and cheerful. Meals became something special thanks to the restaurant team: the food was excellent and nicely presented, and the service was warm, professional, and caring. We’re grateful for the effort and heart everyone put into it. Ali, Fatma, Zeynep, Sevgi, Ismet, Mehmet, Ferhet pasha, and the rest of the team were all amazing. It’s rare to see the hotel and restaurant teams work with such dedication. I highly recommend the hotel for comfort, service, and an enjoyable stay, and I’ll definitely return.

The room was bright, with a comfortable bed and good soundproofing, so I slept peacefully. I also liked how cozy the hotel felt and how thoughtfully things were arranged for guests. The city center is just a few minutes away on foot, with cafes and attractions nearby, and the price feels right for the quality. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone who likes a comfortable, cozy place.

I spent two weeks here, and the days were amazing. The rooms were so clean, and the staff treated me very politely. The people were nice, and there were good animators and shows. We also met Farida, who was really friendly. Thank you all, I’ll definitely come back!

We’re leaving with terrible stomach problems, and I can’t recommend this hotel. The food was awful, apart from what seemed like reasonably fresh items from the grill. The area around the hotel was terrible too. The building is very old, the room bathrooms were moldy and dirty, and the staff were unfriendly. Be careful.
