Lofts Alanya Lina

The room had plenty of space, but its walls were dirty, scratched, and cracked. Outside noise carried straight in because the soundproofing was so poor, and the loud music from housekeeping woke me while they cleaned. The location itself was noisy at night too. There was no water or bar at the hotel, and the pool apparently hasn't been open for a long time. It was hard even to find the entrance, with no sign pointing it out. Agoda showed checkout as 12:00 AM, which turned out to be wrong. When we raised it, staff argued that every hotel used the same system. Since the hotel was empty, I wish the manager had simply owned the mistake and let us stay until 12:00 AM, especially as they mentioned some kind of reservations. We left disappointed. Knowing all this, I'd pick somewhere else.

The owner reserved one of the hotel's own parking spaces for me, which was a fantastic help. I also got to meet him at reception, where he took a real interest, helped with every request, suggested solutions, and even carried my suitcase. Lofts Alanya Lina was spotless and very well kept, and the staff were attentive throughout. I was very satisfied with the stay and felt it was great value for the price. I'd gladly come back.

We stayed in July 2025, and the hotel was great value for what we paid. It's a new building, and Ms. Duygu was so friendly and ready to help with any questions. A repaint of the damp patches at the end of the season would make it perfect. I'd definitely recommend it.

Whenever we come to Alanya, this is one of the places I like to stay. The location is convenient, and the rooms feel open and are kept clean. The lady at reception is sincere and always helpful. It's a lovely, airy place.
