Mc Arancia Resort Hotel

Direct access to the sea was a big plus, and the resort is large, beautiful, and has a really expansive territory. We had a fantastic stay at MC Arancia. Our room and balcony were spotless and tidied every day, and the swimming pools stayed clean and well maintained. There was a wide choice of food, with something for everyone. The staff deserve a perfect 10/10. They were kind, helpful, friendly, and cheerful, and made us feel very welcome. We're so happy with our choice and would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel and its grounds were lovely, clean, and well kept. I’m a fussy eater, but I could always find something I liked. The staff were cheerful and quick to help, and the animators were especially warm and had plenty of fun activities going on. Honestly, good company on the trip makes a big difference. The reviews don’t match what I experienced. ♥️

We came as a travel agency with nine tourists from Kazakhstan, and I can’t recommend this hotel to our clients. We’ve worked in tourism for over ten years and regularly send guests here, but that didn’t help when we tried to book the à la carte restaurant. The manager first said there were no seats, despite the policy including one free visit. After several arguments, we were told we could have a reservation. When we explained our work, a staff member snapped, “So what? I have been working here for 20 years, so what now?” The rooms were worn and clearly needed renovation. The blankets were old and dirty, cleaning happened only now and then, and there were no drinks in the rooms. We had paid for three people but had to ask reception five times for a third towel. We also weren’t told beforehand that sauna and hammam access was restricted to 12:00 PM-2:00 PM. Staff attitude was another problem. It seemed to us that waiters and other employees paid attention to European guests while treating our group from Kazakhstan with disregard. In the SPA area, one employee made an offensive remark that poor tourists who couldn’t afford SPA services and only wanted to warm up in the hammam shouldn’t be sent to this hotel. That felt humiliating and completely unprofessional. Until service, the rooms, and the way guests are treated improve significantly, we can’t recommend staying here.

The pool was the one part that really made our holiday, with plenty of sunbeds, though we did notice a few safety concerns around it. The manager told us directly, after a meeting with him and guest relations, that this isn’t a five-star resort. The food was cold and the menu stayed the same each day, so be ready to eat out. We also found dirty plates, cutlery, and glasses. Some staff were rude or ignored us, and there didn’t seem to be much care with drinks. They’d leave a pile at the bar; the main bar at night was a little better, but you had to queue. It felt like Russian and German guests were catered to more.
