The towels weren't provided, and the room equipment wasn't arranged well. When making the reservation, they ask for credit card details, so I naturally asked the gentleman for a receipt to protect us from being charged twice at checkout. His wife shouted at me and insulted my height, age, religion, and more. I wish I hadn't stayed there or met that woman.

We don't have any complaints so far. If you usually just use accommodation to sleep while backpacking, this place should suit you. It worked perfectly for us, and we couldn't have asked for better, though a paid communal washing machine would have been a useful addition. There's a shopping mall only a few meters away, along with lots of shops and restaurants that stay open late. The tram is fantastic. With a credit or debit card that supports tap payments, it gets you to the Old Town or the bus station/airport in minutes. We used the tram and didn't like the bus. Bus 93/94 goes to Lara Beach.

The room was dirty and in poor condition, and the bathroom was among the worst I’ve seen. There was a door leading to some kind of storage area that let in insects and dirt. The receptionist spoke only Turkish, shouted at us, and was difficult to deal with. He also asked us to pay more than the amount agreed online, claiming the room was for four people rather than two. I wouldn’t recommend this place to foreign visitors, who may have a very hard time dealing with the receptionist.

Our room smelled of smoke even though we’d booked a non-smoking one. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in the room either.
