Miarosa İncekum Beach Hotel

The food is disgusting. It turns stone cold within 5 minutes of being served. My 3-year-old has been sick for 4 days after eating here; my partner was ill for 2 days, and now I've started too and can't stay off the toilet. This is meant to be a 5-star hotel, but it's nowhere close, maybe a 2, barely a 3. The hotel seems set up for regular Russian and German guests, who I've found very ignorant and arrogant. It's right beside a dual carriageway, and the traffic noise goes on all day and night. Rooms aren't cleaned properly, just towels changed and beds made. The pool loungers are barely holding together. The beach pictures are fake, and there's rubbish and cigarette ends everywhere. If you're looking for a Turkish holiday, this isn't it.

The food and drinks were awful. Dishes were limited, unlabeled for vegetarian or nut-allergy needs, and cold even as the restaurant opened. There was the same stuff day after day, flies all over the food and tables, dirty old tables, and not enough cutlery. We spent a fortune eating elsewhere, after walking half a mile along a busy dual carriageway with no barrier to reach a couple of bars and shops. Drinks were limited too, with no rum or Bacardi, and other choices frequently ran out. The pool itself was okay, but the loungers were broken and horribly uncomfortable. The area around it was dangerously slippery, with broken tiles, and we saw too many people fall. There were thousands of biting flies. You couldn't sit for five minutes without getting bitten dozens of times a day, and they were everywhere, including the food, the tables, and on you. Rooms were dated and very mouldy, with broken toilet seats, lights hanging off the walls, and dirt everywhere. Sheets were dirty and never changed even after we reported it. The lift broke down every other day. The location is miles from anywhere. The website and even address say Antalya, but it's not. It's 2 hours from the airport. The photos hide a very busy 24-hour dual carriageway less than 5 meters from the pool, with only a hedge in between. To get to the beach, you go through an underpass with a very steep slope, unusable for someone in a wheelchair or with a buggy. This is never a 3-star hotel, let alone 5-star. It feels like false advertising in many ways. When we booked, the reviews were really good, but after talking to dozens of guests who said the same as us, I can only conclude those reviews were bot or bought. No one would give this place 5 stars. Please don't book it. It should be shut down, renovated, and given new management and a new chef. I've never been anywhere close to this bad.

We decided to make another lovely chapter together as a family, spending a summer holiday somewhere new and enjoying our time as much as possible. This year brought us to Miarosa Incekum Beach Hotel, a wonderful spot beside the beach, with trees and bright, colorful flowers all around. Turkish culture, traditions, and cuisine came together beautifully here. What stood out most was the warm hospitality. People were always ready to help, even when it was 40 degrees outside. The Animation Team kept us busy with so many fun, challenging activities that the time seemed to fly. Maintenance kept having to come out and change the room locks, and the staff weren't helpful. Love holidays gave us £64.32 in compensation for the trouble, but we won't book with them again. The rooms need updating, and the food is disgusting. Read all the reviews before booking. This is NOT a five-star hotel, despite what you're led to believe. Calling it five stars is a disgrace, and the good reviews are obviously fake.
