The technical support was weak, staff communication felt unprofessional, and getting problems sorted out was very difficult. Service was almost nonexistent. The room air conditioners didn't work properly, and the hot water was unreliable. Breakfast is advertised as an open buffet, but food wasn't replenished on time. They limited the items according to how many guests there were and put out only a small amount. In the evening, alcohol service was poorly managed, and even getting tea became an issue. They served some guests tea in cardboard cups while others got glass cups, and we had to insist that the tea be brewed properly. This hotel falls short of basic hospitality. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and I wouldn't return.

I booked through Agoda at 8:00 PM and clearly said I would arrive late. When I got there, I found out my reservation had been canceled because they said I hadn't shown up at 4:00 PM, even though I had only booked at 8:00 PM. It was completely unprofessional and made the experience much worse. I don't recommend staying here.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is beautiful and peaceful. The pools are clean and large, though sadly the water was quite cold. Some services could be improved too. We booked half board and expected buffet-style meals, so it was a bit disappointing when that wasn't what we got.

The spa was wonderful, and the indoor pool was kept very clean. I stayed three nights on a half-board plan. Breakfast was a very good buffet, and dinner was a set menu on one night, then a buffet on the others with very good food. My room was spotless and had a lovely view, and room service was very good. The staff were respectful, cheerful, and helpful throughout. I’d recommend the hotel and would definitely return.

We had a lovely family break in a quiet, green setting, and the staff made it even better. Asli at the front desk and Naz, the chef, were wonderful. Thanks so much!
