4/10
The rooms were clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. The location is spot on, too. But the hotel feels very run-down, with old furnishings. We booked four rooms, and they weren't ready on time; we also didn't get all the rooms we'd requested. One door didn't work and took extra time to fix, and another room had a worn-out bed.

The toilet was filthy, with dirt and pee, and the bed was missing a leg and made noise. The windows wouldn't close either. We tried fixing things ourselves, but whenever we asked for help, reception and the service staff just said it was an economic room. They should've explained that from the start. Terrible!!!

A basic, clean hotel with comfortable beds and friendly, personable staff. There's unlimited tea, too. Lots of guests seemed to be from the Caucasus. Don't expect anything fancy, but it's a good simple place.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety and everything was fresh. The room was well equipped and very clean. It's close to lively areas but on a quiet street. I'd recommend it.

Getting around the city was easy from here, and the staff were so friendly and always willing to help. It felt cozy and had a great vibe. I'd happily stay again next time I'm in Istanbul!
