Moonbow Beach Hotel

The hotel could have been quite nice, but it needs better cleaning and maintenance routines. In our first room there were ants. The second was better, but still very unclean: dust everywhere, dirt marks on the walls and doors, a dirty refrigerator, and dust, sand, and old sandals under the beds. We didn't use the balcony because it hadn't been cleaned and there was a lot of bird droppings. The bathroom faucet was dirty and didn't work properly, and the shower's hot water had very weak pressure. There was a small pile of sand on the stairs that remained for at least a week, and one floor had mould on a wall, probably from the shower on the other side. The ad said the rooms were sound isolated, but noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms made it clear they weren't very well isolated.

Best of all, the hotel is right by the beach. The room had nice blackout curtains that let us sleep in, plus disposable slippers, a balcony for hanging clothes, working Wi-Fi, and AC. We didn't get room service during our five-day stay, but they brought fresh towels or toilet paper when we asked. The shower pressure was very weak, which was my only room complaint.

The room was very basic and smelled really bad. There were holes in the walls, and the shower only had cold water. Water also stayed on the floor instead of draining straight into the floor drain. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. And to the people replying to bad reviews: long speeches are stories.

The owner was welcoming and very nice, and the customer service was great. It's in a perfect spot for tourists, and they keep the place clean and give you the general information you need. There is free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. I'd recommend it for families and young people looking to party alike. Five out of five, I'll come back. 💯💯👍💪
