The rooms are clean, the hotel is close to the sea, and it's good value. Keep your expectations reasonable and you can have a good holiday here.

The reception staff made fun of foreign guests, and the animation team kept trying to sell us things like houses, land, disco tickets, and boat trips. There’s just one bar by the pool, with what I believe is fake alcohol, and the drink machines at the beach were filthy. The staff seemed to drink heavily, and there were all kinds of parties centered around drinking. I had to clean my own room. The hotel is very dirty, and I’d warn families with children away. If you care about your health, don’t stay here. You’ll go hungry, too.

The sea is the only good thing about this place. The hotel is really dirty. Go somewhere else, don’t stay here.

We were shocked by the room when we finally got in at 11 PM. It was filthy and run-down, a total disaster even for us, and we’re not usually picky. The food was the same every day and didn’t taste good. When something ran out, they didn’t bring more, and cutlery wasn’t replenished. The alcoholic drinks seemed heavily watered down. The cocktail bar had only opened once so far. Staff weren’t friendly, possibly because so many guests were complaining. The food looked broken-down, old, and dirty in the photos. This hotel seems ready to be demolished. During our ten-day stay, the power kept going out, and I got stuck in the elevator with the children. There was no hot water for showers. Rooms were cleaned only every two days, while towels were changed just once a week. When I asked the cleaning staff for fresh towels, they said the next day that they had none left. Unbelievable. I’m shocked. Never again.
