We come to Turkey every year, and this hotel stands out to us for its hospitality. All the staff work hard and are helpful. Thanks for all the cocktails, Mustafa bey Ali on Ali baba erhan by the Ali baba. The snacks at Ali baba snack bar were really tasty, Alper, respect to you. Diana, you're a professional and so helpful. You are the best. Renata and Diana, you girls are a credit to this hotel.

I haven't visited a better private beach in Turkey. The hotel itself was spotless and beautifully looked after, with great food and warm, welcoming staff. Highly recommended.

Dean from guest relations was so welcoming and friendly, and Viktor from guest relations was excellent too. Hatice, the bar waitress, gave us great service and is a credit to the hotel. The service from all the staff was outstanding. Good food and premium drinks as well. A great hotel, five stars.

The food was fantastic, with lots of choices, cold drinks, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The waiters were great, and the staff really added to the experience. Mr. Cemil, a waiter at the restaurant in Numa Bay Hotel, is the best man and friend I've ever met. He's hardworking, always smiling, resourceful, and so helpful. I love this man. It's a shame I'm leaving for Poland today. Thanks, Türkiye! I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Turkey. Cheers, Türkiye!

Our son had the best time, and the relationship team were especially careful and helpful with his nut allergy. Everyone was welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the food was good with plenty of choice each day. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and cleaned daily. There was lots for the kids to do, including activities and shows. Adults had options too, from sports and relaxing to evening entertainment. We also liked the clean, quiet private beach and the nearby shops, where you can pick up souvenirs, clothes, or small gifts without going far. We had a really good family holiday and will definitely come back.
