The room had a pungent smell throughout our stay, a mix of toilet odor and disinfectant. We thought it might go away, but it never did. I hope the hotel looks into it for the comfort of future guests. Beyond that issue, our stay in Cappadocia was pleasant. The hotel's setting and atmosphere felt unique and charming, and breakfast was a real highlight, with a thoughtful menu that made a nice start to each day. The staff were warm, courteous, and helpful whenever we needed them, around the clock. We stayed on April 2 and 3, 2025. Thanks for the hospitality. I hope to recommend the property to friends and colleagues in the future.

The room could use some maintenance, especially the leaking bathtub. Still, the hotel staff were amazing and ready to help with anything. I had trouble with my car, and receptionist BEYZA let me use her phone and helped deal with it. The male receptionist on the night shift helped with the car too. Definitely recommend.

Our tour package brought us here, and I still don't get why it's rated 2 stars. It felt like more than 5. Breakfast was included and satisfying, and the room was comfortable, with a real cave feel plus a spa bathtub, heater, mini fridge, and cabinet. The rooftop also has lovely scenery. The people were the best part, especially the front desk person whose name I forgot. It rained one night, and they lent us two umbrellas. I lost one and offered to pay, but they didn't mind. Everyone was so kind. I highly recommend staying here. The peaceful vacation is one you'll remember.

The scenery and nature around here are beautiful, and the place itself is worth visiting. But arriving meant climbing far too many steps. Our family room was a decent size, though the bathroom had just one glass door for privacy and smelled of drain odor. It didn't feel suitable for a family. Breakfast was very basic, and there are cave hotels in the area with better locations. Communication in Turkey can generally be a bit difficult.

Our room was spacious, warm, and came with a very good breakfast, but the stay was disappointing. We found mice and holes in the sheets, and the bathroom smelled moldy. The place needs renovation.
