The complex is quite small and not many people live there. Mostly, everyone is local. The grounds are landscaped with a garden, basketball and soccer courts, a small children's area, a barbecue area, and a pool with slides. Every morning, I see them cleaning the grounds and tending the garden. There's a 101 store next to the complex. The road to the house is uphill, and the nearest beach is very rocky (one of those accessible in the summer, as the others are occupied by hotels). The walk to the city beach is quite far, literally through the entire city, and back uphill. It's very difficult for
