The staff made our Easter long weekend especially enjoyable. The dining team even taught my young son to give them a “high five” each morning, and the animators were great. There was solid food and plenty of entertainment. We were there during opening week, so a few things were only just getting started. The rooms did feel a little dated, though the hotel’s beautiful setting more than helped. It sits on its own peninsula, which gave it a more private feel than other hotels. I came with my son and three friends, and we all had a lovely time.

Mr. Mahir and Mrs. Dilek, along with Umut and Emine, were especially attentive and helpful, and most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. There were plenty of activities listed, but we didn’t see an animation team. Evenings were just music. We stayed for a week and found things satisfactory overall. The timing wasn’t great for a holiday, though, as it was very cold and rainy on some days.

There’s plenty to enjoy here, including two beaches, one of them especially good for snorkeling and seeing marine life. The pool is large, with shallow spots for children, and its water was a little colder than the sea. The food was great, with a different cuisine each evening. Our room was comfortable and clean, the staff friendly, and the air conditioning worked well.

My stay at Oz Resort Incekum was the best holiday of my life. We were there from 31.08 to 05.09, and I’d gladly return. The staff were friendly and the food delicious. The one thing they should work on is room cleanliness: I noticed dust on the bathroom products.
