Hotel Veramor

The people were helpful, and the hotel was good.

I picked this hotel because of the jacuzzi, even though cleaner places nearby were cheaper. After checking in, I found that it didn't work. Reception first said someone would come look at it soon, then, less than a minute later, told me they'd have to call technical support and nobody could come until the next day. They said there weren't any other rooms with jacuzzis. I suspect they already knew it was broken. They could at least have sent someone to check it, which is why I gave such a low rating.

I've stayed here for years because the location is so central, right across from Söğüşçü Murat. Cleanliness hasn't been much of an issue, but the rooms are poorly kept, and the bed is really uncomfortable. From the bed, you can't watch the TV. The quality seems to have slipped over time, so I don't plan to stay here again.
