I’ve just left the hotel, 17/06/19, and this is my honest take. The staff are lovely and will do anything for you if you’re nice and not rude like some guests. Rooms are good, beds comfortable, and the air con cools things down. The pool area is lovely, small but nice, though the slide is only on for two hours a day, which seems pointless. There aren’t enough sunbeds. Guests are told not to put towels down, but people did it anyway and nothing was done. There’s no entertainment at all. For families it’s not the place, since there’s nothing for children or adults in the evening. You can take the hotel bus to the beach or walk there in about 10 minutes. The food wasn’t great either. It’s a cheap place to get some sun and stay away from nightlife, but I wouldn’t return. There are better hotels around. Most clients were Russian.

The staff were pleasant and the hotel is generally very clean. Our room was cleaned and given fresh towels every day, and the pool and dining areas were clean too. The cleaning staff were lovely and willing to help. Reception staff were pleasant, happy to chat, and ready to sort out any issues. There’s a small shop with the usual holiday things at reasonable prices. Getting drinks wasn’t a problem, and bar service came in a decent-sized glass. The tiny cups are only for the self-service water and squash machines. Our room was very basic, which I didn’t mind much, but it seemed like a spare room they use when they’ve run out of space. It was on the ground floor, right next to the staff laundry and cleaning equipment room. The balcony was the tiniest I’ve seen, looked neglected and wasn’t properly painted. Standing outside, you could see clean sheets on washing lines right next door. The food needs improvement. I know they’re working on a tight budget, but there should be more choice. A few times, by the time we arrived, most cooked dishes were gone and there was hardly anything to eat except salad. Some waiting staff could use a lesson in manners, their attitude was disinterested at best. Despite that, I’d be happy to return because the good points outweigh the bad. I’d ask for an upper-floor room with a nicer balcony. It’s a friendly little hotel in a fairly good location, though, like most places, there are both good and less good opinions.

The rooms were fine and the location was good, but we left disappointed after staying through a travel office. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful, though not varied, and one dish was the same across the last three dinners. Traditional Turkish food was either missing or only served sometimes. The restaurant head was the exception, but most staff were distant and unfriendly. One older counter staff member was rude to guests. Although all inclusive, they didn’t fill the glasses, even though we had only two or three drinks a day because we were out all day. Receptionists were similarly distant, except for the friendly night porter.

The pool area and location were great. Most of the staff were good, though one was quite rude. We were told we couldn’t have drinks unless we brought our dishes back, and guests shouldn’t have to clean the pool area. Helping out is fine, but not when asked rudely. Rooms were huge with free air conditioning, but worn down and falling apart. We booked for three and got only two towels. Cleaning was average, and the view faced a roof with dirty underwear. Four of us had an upset stomach and threw up, though I’m not sure if it was the food. The butter was sour and moldy; otherwise the food was quite okay for the price. Guests could smoke by the pool, which I thought was terrible, especially with children around. It should be limited to the bar. Wi-Fi worked okay for some. Nights were VERY LOUD, with guests coming and going and the night receptionist talking or singing all night, along with other guests or whoever it was. The noise echoed to the first floor and made sleep impossible. You get what you pay for, and it was cheap, so overall not too bad. I wouldn’t recommend it if someone is paying more than €400 for a week with food included.
