Q Premium Resort Hotel

The staff were welcoming, the animators were great, and the hotel has a pleasant, fairly modern feel. The beach was decent and unexpectedly uncrowded. But I ended up in the hospital a few days ago with what seemed to be food poisoning. From talking to other tourists and seeing the line at the nurse's station, I don't think it was just me. Other reviews mention this too, and it seems the hotel knows but doesn't care. It's a gamble whether you get sick or not. The drinks are poor quality and can also leave you intoxicated. Ice cream is only available in the evening, with long queues. People smoke everywhere, all day and night, which is a nightmare if you don't smoke. There are better hotels nearby without these issues. This vacation left me with some bad memories.

The food was awful. Our whole family had stomach problems and fever, and we ran into several other families in the emergency room. The hotel seems not to care how many guests are getting sick from the food. We arrived with our family at 2 a.m. and were told at reception that we couldn't have the rooms we'd booked. We accepted the replacement rooms after being promised our booked rooms the next day, but that didn't happen. After hours of trying to sort it out, they said we'd have to wait another day. We eventually got the room we had originally booked, but only on the third day.

All 10 of us in my family got food poisoning from the meals, and it ruined the trip. The rooms were extremely dirty and badly maintained, and the service, staff, and so-called entertainment rooms were all in terrible shape. The staff weren't helpful and didn't seem to care about the problems. For the money, this place isn't worth it. I'd never recommend it. If you want a clean, safe, enjoyable holiday, stay away.

Our whole family spent most of the holiday stuck in the room with severe food poisoning symptoms. A gastrointestinal virus was spreading around the hotel, which isn't surprising given how unsanitary the restaurant was. Plates and glasses were dirty, and cutlery was often missing, so guests had to look for utensils at other tables and collect them themselves. Completely unacceptable. I can't recommend this hotel.
