Beyzas Hotel & Suites

We stayed four nights and wouldn’t return. The staff were very friendly, the mattress was good, and breakfast was okay, if a bit limited. Our transfer car was late at the airport, but we were upgraded to different rooms. Cleanliness was poor. There were ants in the bathroom, the floor got our socks dirty if we walked around without shoes, and we didn’t get fresh towels each day. It was also loud all night, with kids crying outside and the elevator and air-conditioning making noise. At checkout, the receptionist asked for €15 because a bedsheet had accidentally been marked with a pen. The free WiFi required entering a passport number and logged us out quickly, so we had to keep putting the number in again. Very annoying.

Beyzas Suites Hotel is in a convenient area for reaching many of Istanbul’s best-known sights, which made it a great base for our family visit. The suites were spotless and well kept, and it was lovely to come back to a clean room after exploring the city. The front desk service made a strong impression from the moment we arrived. Mr. Mert was especially attentive, warm, and ready to help with anything we needed, which made us feel at home. Housekeeping was excellent as well. We had an outstanding stay and would gladly return. I highly recommend Beyzas Suites Hotel for its cleanliness, service, and location.

They charged my bank account for an extra night. When I complained, they said they were sorry and would refund me, but I still haven’t received the money since July 2025. Each time I called, they said there was a problem with the transfer. Eventually they blocked my number without paying me back. I consider these people scammers and definitely don’t recommend the hotel.

I booked in a hurry after seeing the room advertised as reduced from £700 something to £250. Looking back, even £250 was too much, and I’d bet nobody pays the supposed full price. I found a better hotel in a better location for much less, so avoid this place. I paid for the 'best' room last week and lasted only a couple of hours. Its ventilation fan kept switching on and off with a disturbing noise. The receptionist even said, "I couldn't sleep in here". They moved me to a standard room, where the fan noise was gone but I could hear everyone moving around on the floor. The last room was advertised with a 'city view', but both windows faced inward, and a roof overhead meant no real air. The air conditioning didn’t work, so it was unbearably hot in December. All three rooms were dirty, with hairs in the beds and showers, and toothpaste marks on one bathroom cabinet. I’m usually not fussy about finding a hair, since it could be from the cleaners, but this place clearly takes no care with hygiene. The receptionist said he couldn’t authorize a refund. I contacted the manager, who gave me a series of excuses instead of returning anything. I later requested a refund through Booking.com, and they tried to say I was a 'no show'. That’s a blatant lie. They were unprofessional and deceitful, nice to your face but ultimately ripping you off. Beyzas seems to avoid refunds when customers complain.
