Raina Beach Hotel

That was a week with my mother, and we're not coming back. I'm 25, so you know who's sharing this opinion. It may be advertised as a 4-star hotel, but I'd give it two at most. The building looks nice outside and the interior seems appealing at first glance. Being right on the beach was the only real plus. We arrived late and there were no towels in the room. A friendly man at reception, who only spoke Russian and Turkish, said we'd get them the next day. They didn't arrive until around 5 or 6 in the evening. The buffet was the same every day, with little variety for a 4-star place, whatever time you went. Pasta was usually cold, and sometimes the potatoes and rice were still raw. They served grilled fish once and chicken fillet twice. There was no fruit or sweets, and food that ran out generally wasn't replaced. The two cleaning women quit on our second or third day. After that, nobody cleaned the rooms or changed towels, sheets, or toilet paper. We had to fetch everything ourselves. The all-inclusive alcoholic drinks were beer, white and red wine of questionable quality, raki, and vodka. The other bottles on the bar seemed to be just for show. One waiter and one bartender worked from morning to night, and some staff spoke only Turkish. The elevator squeaked and moved very slowly, and after getting stuck in it, we took the stairs. There was just one entertainment worker, who could communicate well but had to work alone. I wouldn't book this hotel again.
