A small, quiet hotel at an affordable price, with two pools that do the job. The staff are friendly and hard-working, and they keep the rooms very clean. Some rooms are older, though they still feel fresh. The food is bland and the choices get repetitive, so more variety would help. There is a big selection of vegetarian dishes, and for what we paid, the value was fair. WiFi isn't free. Still, it was a good stay for €300 a week and worth the price, though there are things they could improve.

The room was nice and close to the center, but we won't return. A stranger got into our room with their own key, so after that we locked the bedroom door whenever we slept. Some clothes were stolen, probably by the cleaners. Reception did nothing. At first they denied it and said we were delusional. The food was so bad that we had only cucumbers and bread with sauce at every meal, and had to go out and eat several times. The workers were flirty with me and my friend throughout the vacation, which made us really uncomfortable.

It was our honeymoon and my wife's birthday. We'd booked activities, massages, and more, but we left feeling unsafe and stranded while looking for another hotel. Someone opened our room door and slept inside. Other guests said things had gone missing too. The receptionist, an old man with glasses, and his manager were very rude. They shouted at my wife while I was in the room sleeping. I gave one star, though they deserve less. If you want a hotel with zero customer service, this is the place. The people in this city are actually very nice, and even the hotel's own staff don't seem happy with the management. Otherwise, stay somewhere else.

The rooms were the one good thing, so I won't say much about them. I usually don't write reviews and just want to enjoy my holidays, but I spent my money here and the experience felt bad in a lot of ways, mostly because of the food. We paid extra for all-inclusive so we could eat at the hotel, yet I only ate there two or three times during the week and spent much more going out. The food was really bad and almost the same every day. Sometimes you had to wait for staff to take food before you could get yours. I'm usually not picky, but after paying all that, I can't just ignore it. They ask if you want “better” internet for €1 a day. The free WiFi was so limited I often couldn't even send a text, so you basically had to buy it. I don't understand charging extra for that when you're already paying for everything at a hotel. The staff were all young men. The guy making omelettes and scrambled eggs in the morning was grumpy and miserable with male customers, but always smiled when a woman ordered. The rest were okay, but they flirted with every girl in the hotel, without caring about age. I remember two of them hitting on women in their 70s who were just trying to eat. I don't know why the hotel is so highly rated, and I hope more people see what it's really like. Normally I don't bother writing reviews, but this time I felt I had to. For me, it's a big no. I hope this saves people from spending their money here. Spend more on a hotel that treats you like a guest.

We left at 2 a.m. after finding our room trashed, and were too scared to stay. All our bags had been opened, and someone had left a small transparent bag containing some green herbs. A drunk guest had been allowed to walk into our room. We asked reception to remove the bag, packed up, and left in a panic. Luckily, we had our passports with us that day. The hotel accepted no responsibility and refused a refund. The receptionist, a man in his 40s who wears glasses, and the manager, a fat man with grey hair, shouted at staff and guests. They took me to “the office” and kept yelling at me while my husband was away. As a woman, I was scared. They also threatened that our bags would be outside when we got back, and the incident with the drunk guest seemed possibly premeditated. They kicked us out the first time because we asked if our Kurdish friend could stay the night in our room or whether we could pay for a separate room for him. They responded aggressively, threw us all out that night, and we had to sleep on the beach. They were extremely rude and racist, calling our friend racial slurs and names because he is Kurdish. When we asked for one more towel, they said, “What for? If u need it go buy it from the shop.” Simply horrible. Don't go there! PS: Great honeymoon and birthday experience.
