The staff and local people are friendly, and the hotel is clean. The team goes out of its way to make guests comfortable. The beach is just a five-minute walk, and the ocean can look clear blue or turquoise. From the balcony you can watch sunrise and sunset. Turkey is one of the most beautiful places on Earth, and this spot feels like paradise. I’m here with my husband and our two youngest children. We’ll be back to see this little piece of paradise again.

I liked the hotel’s kitschy feel, and the food was really good, especially the desserts. The rooms are simple, but the pool area is nice and the sea is very close. The area also wasn’t too crowded, which I appreciated.

We spent a week here for our honeymoon, and it was a disaster. When we checked in at 4am, the room was filthy: toilet paper with urine on it was stuck to the bathroom floor, there was toothpaste spit in the sink, every surface was dirty, and the shower wasn’t even attached to the wall. We complained, but were told the hotel was full, so we had to keep that room or wait six hours for the manager to arrive. They gave us another room at 9am, and it was just as dirty. We finally got a clean one at 10am, six hours after checking in, and lost more or less a full day catching up on sleep. The all-inclusive meals were absolutely terrible. Drinks meant vodka or beer, nothing else, and the juice was roasting hot, so don’t expect a cold mixer. Staff were unhelpful and didn’t want to assist. Wi-Fi costs EUR 20 for the week, which is a joke. Not worth the money or hassle.

The pool is great, though it can get a little crowded. Rooms are alright, and the beach is fine, definitely not the worst I’ve seen. The food is edible, but I’d recommend getting better meals nearby.
