We had a fantastic week here last month. The hotel facilities are high quality, and our room was comfortable with everything we needed. There was a wide choice of excellent food, including a delicious five-course dinner at the à la carte restaurant one evening. Everyone on staff was friendly, professional, and helpful, especially bar staff Ramazan, Ali, and Safak. The spa treatment was wonderful and made us feel thoroughly pampered. We couldn't find anything to fault and are hoping to book again next year.

The food was so delicious I definitely put on a few kilos :D The staff were friendly and professional, and the rooms were lovely, very tidy, and smelled great. I highly recommend the spa and hamam too. This has to be one of the best hotels I've stayed at!

The food was amazing, and my room was clean and had air conditioning. Staff were good and kept trying to make me happy, even when English wasn't easy for them. But I was disappointed by one thing at the lounge bar. I ordered an iced coffee with soy milk. The first one came with whipped cream, so I asked for it without because I'm lactose intolerant. Next they brought warm coffee with rum, even though I'd asked for iced coffee, soy milk, no cream, and no alcohol. On the third try there was soy milk and what might once have been ice, but the coffee was still warm. I didn't want to send it back again, so I paid 240 liras for a drink that tasted so awful I felt like throwing up. If you want iced coffee, go somewhere else. I'm still here and had hoped for good coffee in Turkey. I wasn't expecting anything like Starbucks, just their good warm coffee with ice. I don't know what went wrong or why it tasted so bad.

We spent 11 nights here recently, my wife and I, and everything was class from the start. The staff were excellent and always there when we needed them, the rooms were kept spotless, and the food came in a great range. We'll definitely return in the near future.

I stayed for a week in February, off season. If you need good sleep, this isn't the place. The floors are open, so noise travels straight up, and you can hear people in nearby rooms easily. At night the staff watched soccer and were incredibly loud.
