Wi-Fi worked well enough for me to work remotely, and Yunus was quick to help whenever I needed anything. The staff were friendly and professional. Thanks especially to Şimşek for the restaurant service, and to Nazira in the SPA massage team, who really helped my feet feel better. We stayed just after Tolenza Hotels opened, so a few things were still being completed, though we could see improvements every day. The pool and SPA were a nice surprise. The airport transfer was smooth and well organized. It's a 4-star All Inclusive hotel in Alanya, around 15-20 minutes from the city center. Thanks to Yunus, Svetlana, Mehmet, Ecem, and the whole team for a great stay!

I really don't recommend it. They advertised snacks, gözleme, and ice cream as intermediate options, but there was hardly anything available. The bars also close early. We traveled a long way for this holiday and didn't get much enjoyment out of it. My money went to waste.

Very clean hotel, excellent food, and warm, smiling staff. I recommend it to everyone.

This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in a long time. They even mix up the pool T-shirts. They claim to have snacks and cake by the pool, but neither is there. Basically, they advertise things that aren't available. The lobby bar closes before its stated hours. Staff get drinks for themselves, then tell customers it's closed.

We were told there'd be entertainment and live music twice a week, but there wasn't any. They also advertised all-inclusive with snack, ice cream, and pancake times on their website, but those aren't provided. The package covers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night soup, with no snacks between meals. We were completely deceived, and I don't recommend it.
