The room looked well furnished and nicely designed when I arrived, but there was hair on the duvet and bedsheet, and dust and dirt on the floor. The shower head is fixed to the wall, so you can’t move it around to get a comfortable shower. Some herbal teas and water are complimentary, which is nice. The lobby was clean and tidy, and the receptionists were very polite. It’s a new hotel in central Altinova, with an above average breakfast, but the room cleanliness didn’t match the lobby. They really need to clean the mattresses, beds, blankets, and pillows carefully.

We were there for a week, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were good and clean, the rates fair, and breakfast delicious. The restaurant is a nice place too. I’d totally recommend The Nova Hotel.

The rooms were really clean, and the breakfast and location are great. My only small gripe is that there were no slippers, but it wasn’t a problem. Thanks so much to Mr. Ayhan and his team. I’m picky, so if I liked this hotel, you can take that as a good sign.
