Umut Otel Cakraz

The owner was friendly and very helpful, and the place is in better shape than other hotels in town. Rooms, toilet, and shower were clean. It's basic accommodation, and I didn't get to try dinner, but breakfast was a small open buffet.

The food was wonderful, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. We were very happy with the friendly service and attention. We're a family from Antalya, and we'd like to thank the owner, Mr. Erhan, and the Umut Hotel family.

The sea-facing rooms were clean, pleasant, and perfectly adequate, and the owners and waiters were kind and helpful. We spent two nights at Umut Hotel and ate dinner there as well. Everything was fresh and delicious, especially the fantastic fish, and the portions were quite large. We'd definitely like to return for another couple of days of relaxing, eating, and drinking.

I didn't enjoy the restaurant at all. I asked for a plain Turkish coffee and a "mother's potato," but got a medium coffee and frozen fries instead. The service felt careless, with no salt or napkins, and even after I repeated the order twice, it was still wrong. They're doing well to stay afloat like this.
