Hotel Abro Sezenler

Nothing in the room worked, and they tried to put me in a different room from the one I’d booked. It was really, really bad. Even one star is too much.

The bathtub water was cold, and the room TV had no receiver. The air conditioner kept switching off by itself every 15 minutes. I told the hotel, but they did nothing.

The linens were dirty, the towels stained, the bathroom leaked, and the heater was broken, so the room was cold. It looked nothing like the photos. Breakfast was awful, with rotting vegetables, and I was shocked to see staff putting leftover food back on the buffet. I was also asked to pay extra without a reasonable explanation, and ended up paying for the room twice. I spent three days at Abro Sezenler Hotel for a work trip, expecting somewhere comfortable, but it was a terrible stay from the start. I strongly advise against booking here.

We paid 950L per night, but the rooms weren’t warm in winter and the breakfast was very low quality. The staff were good, but they didn’t actually do anything. Room cleaning only happens every three days. When you shower, water gets everywhere, and there’s no hook for towels or clothes. There wasn’t a towel for the second person, and we got one set of cheap shampoo and soap for the whole three days.
