Bed bugs were in my bed, and I woke up covered in bites. That's completely unacceptable, especially for what they charge. The toilet was very old and dirty, and when I asked to move, staff said the hotel was full and refused to change my room. The lamp and air conditioning were broken, and the WiFi didn't work. The staff didn't know English at all, so have Google Translate ready. There are better options in the city at this price.

We were in room 102 and all slept well. It felt very cozy, and there were museums nearby. The area isn't the best if you're getting around on foot.

Parking spaces by the hotel entrance and being close to the historic center were the main pluses. My friends and I spent two nights here. The place looks better in its photos than in person; it's old and needs major repairs. Breakfast was imported and very limited.

The area gets quiet at night, and the castle and restaurants are close by. I spent two days here. It needs some updating and isn't a five-star hotel, but it was more than enough for sleeping and resting during my visit.
