Art Winner

The location was really good, but the hygiene was awful. The table in our room was so dirty that I wiped it with a wet wipe before we put our bags there. The sheets were dirty too, so thankfully I had brought my own or we wouldn't have slept. We only stayed one night, and I would never recommend it to families with children. I won't go back.

We chose the Art/Winner Plaza Hotel when looking for a place near the Ankara Religious Specialization Center in Yenimahalle, where my daughter had an interview for her Quran course instructor position. It was only a 10-minute walk from the center. At first we hesitated because the hotel sits on top of an unfinished shopping mall, but meeting the owners and experiencing their warm hospitality convinced us to stay. The hotel was welcoming and had what we needed: a toilet and bathroom in the room, a kettle, hot water, and the other usual basics. A young man working there was honest and kind, just like the owner. I highly recommend the hotel.

When we arrived, the water was out and the tank wasn't full. The rooms and corridors smelled like cigarette smoke as well. The managers were holding cigarettes while taking reservations and handing over keys.

ART/Winner Plaza is clean and spacious, with a calm atmosphere that makes it easy to spend time browsing. There are lots of different shops and restaurants for different tastes, and the clothing and technology stores have a particularly wide range of quality products. The staff are friendly and helpful too. A nice option for shopping or just spending some pleasant time.
