Eyuboglu Hotel

The breakfast was decent, but the rest of my stay was awful. I arrived late at night, worn out from a long trip, and there was no hot water when I tried to shower. Someone had to come open some kind of faucet to get it working. After the shower, I got into bed and immediately noticed the sheets smelled as if someone had already slept in them. I felt disgusted and dirty all over again. I asked for fresh sheets, but housekeeping had left for the day, so I had to make the bed myself. If you decide to stay here, inspect and smell the sheets before getting in. In response to the hotel's reply, the real boss can check the cameras to see how many times someone came upstairs, first about the water and then with new sheets. I'm glad you brought up the refund, apparently thinking that would help your case. You charged me $55 for checking out two hours late, which I didn't mention because it was within hotel policy. Using that to suggest I'm lying about dirty sheets only confirms my view of how this place is managed. You could have addressed the inconvenience you caused, but you didn't.

I stayed here twice, in 2015 and 2018, and would seriously recommend it to people visiting Ankara for work. The rooms were clean and had very good daily service, and the staff treated me very well. It’s close to just about anywhere you might need in a capital, including embassies and government buildings, with great dining spots, pubs, and bars nearby. I’d suggest including breakfast. If I head back to Ankara soon, this will be my first choice.

The room was clean, and the AC cooled it quickly. The staff were kind and helpful, and when I needed to add one more night, they gave me a discount. The location is handy, near the Metro, bus stop, airport shuttle point, cafes, restaurants, and a shopping mall. They make a good omelette, too. Breakfast wasn’t bad, but it could use more variety. The internet connection was unreliable, and they only had liquid soap, no bars.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, and the staff were friendly. The place was clean and fairly quiet at night.
