The food was a highlight, especially the kuftah made by Turgay Chef. The restaurant had lots of delicious dishes, beautifully presented, and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful when recommending what to order. I enjoyed every meal there. The hotel itself was immaculate, with nicely decorated rooms and excellent amenities. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to every need. The location also made it easy to reach popular attractions and transportation. I couldn't have asked for a better stay, and would highly recommend it for a memorable experience.

The problem here is management. We booked two rooms for five people, but were given one room for four. They write reservations in an old notebook, then forget them and assign rooms at random at the last minute. It's unusual for a hotel not to use an online system. The attendant said an extra room could have been arranged if we'd asked, but why make a reservation in advance, then? Reviews talk about cleanliness, but most hotels are clean. Proper management is what matters. Don't waste your money here!

The price was reasonable, and the place is close to Anıtkabir and Ackule Tower. There’s a restaurant too. Everything was good, but there’s no lift, so let them know if stairs are a problem for you.
