It was a nightmare. The room was dirty, the sheets smelled awful, and there was a constant smell of smoke and toilet odor. I couldn't even touch the refrigerator. Reception staff weren't friendly, and we could hear every noise from the rooms next door and above. The rooms were poor quality, and the bed was the worst part: I felt the springs all over my body. I've never stayed in such a bad hotel.

For a short business trip, this three-star hotel was one of the best options for the price. It was five minutes from Kızılay, near the city center, but fairly quiet since the main road is 50 meters behind the building. My room was clean and didn't smell of cigarettes, which mattered to me. Everything else was fine too. Breakfast was a decent continental spread, though I didn't have much choice; there are plenty of bakeries nearby. Tea was free and available any time, and I was happy to take cups upstairs. The staff were friendly and helpful.
