I spent 10 days at Madi Hotel in Ankara in October, and it surpassed what I expected. Being right in the city center made it easy to get to tourist spots and the metro. The staff were friendly, the rooms spacious, and the charming backyard made the stay joyful and memorable. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a top-notch stay in Ankara!

The service was really bad, the air conditioning didn’t work, and breakfast wasn’t fresh. If I were recommending it, I’d give it minus one or minus two.

The hotel was close to the metro, which was a plus, but the isolated and unsafe surroundings were a downside. My friend and I left disappointed with the stay. In our first room the air conditioning didn’t work, and Mr. Adem at reception helped by moving us to another room, so we thank him for that. The replacement room still didn’t have enough heat, and we slept cold. Breakfast fell short in freshness, hygiene, and taste, and there wasn’t much choice in drinks. We’d hoped for a better experience.
