We had a confirmed reservation through Expedia, a well-known global travel platform, but the owner ignored it and said we had to book through Airbnb if we wanted to stay. The Airbnb price was more than twice what we’d paid on Expedia. It feels like they were doing this to make more money there. This was ridiculous, with zero customer service or fairness. Don’t book here, this is a definite scam. Google, please don’t delete this, I have proof of what I’m saying. Shame on a business that treats customers this way by canceling confirmed reservations.
