The rooms weren’t in a habitable state, and nobody took responsibility for sorting out the problems. I booked for five nights but didn’t stay a single night. The first of my two separate bookings couldn’t even be found by the hotel, and it took them almost three hours to look into it. They eventually said it wasn’t traceable, so we paid cash for a room. As soon as we entered, the AC wasn’t working and the beds were in bad shape. We got our money back and booked another hotel. For the remaining four nights, reception told us everything would be fine. When we came back the next day, the situation was the same, and they put a fan in the room because the AC still didn’t work. We left and never returned. If you want to waste your money or spoil your holiday, this is the place. The worst, to the core.

It’s clean, smells good, and the metro is about a six-minute walk away, which is handy. Breakfast was nice but repetitive. I had to ask them to turn on the AC, which was a hassle, and the mosque and gym were closed even though I thought they were available. Fine for a short stay, but it could be better.

The location is nice, but the staff’s English was nowhere near what they said it would be. The water smelled really bad, and the electricity went off and on about five times. Only one receptionist was nice. The others were extremely rude. If the hotel says its staff know English, they should at least actually know it.

Friendly staff, good service, and the place was clean. It’s in a great spot for walking to shops and getting to transportation easily. Thanks, guys.

The staff were the worst. They wouldn’t even give you water. Don’t come to this hotel at all. I don’t know how it has such a high rating on Google.
