Cadence Design Hotel

The staff were really kind and polite, but several things disappointed me. The air conditioning barely worked, and nobody cleaned the room for four days. It had just one small window and a dim light by the bed. Breakfast and internet weren't as good as at other places.

I don't understand how this hotel got five stars. It doesn't feel like a family hotel, and you may feel uncomfortable here. Sorry, but I can't recommend it to anyone.

The location and one female staff member were the only good things. Broken bulbs stayed unreplaced, the AC didn't work, the curtains smelled bad, the bed was awful, and the bathroom was too filthy to use. The furniture and fittings were very old, like they'd come from a scrap yard or bit pazari. I felt like a criminal dumped among savages in a dirty place to be punished for a sin or crime I hadn't committed. This place isn't fit for anyone to stay in, even for one night. If you had to choose between sleeping under the open sky and staying here, I'd say choose the sky.

We arrived to check in at 11 a.m., exhausted, but they wouldn't let us into the room because early check-in cost extra. It was rude and unacceptable. No other hotel has done that to me before. You're the only one.
