This was the worst hotel I've experienced in Turkey. The rooms and everything in them felt old and shabby, the carpet was stained and dirty, towels looked heavily worn, and the sheets and curtains had holes. Some sockets had come loose with wires showing, and a damp smell clung to all my clothes. The hotel needs urgent renovations, starting with the reception staff and extending to the sockets. The reception team were rude, though the restaurant girls and cleaning staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast was really poor too.

I wasn't a hotel guest, I came for the spa downstairs. It was very clean, and I had an excellent sports massage. The facilities and service were both very good.

The price was fair and the staff were friendly, but the rooms are small and the AC wasn't good in summer.

The air conditioning wouldn't work, and neither would the refrigerator. Really bad.
