Urofiz Termal Hotel

There was a bad smell.

We ended up here after being scammed into booking a room at an Artemis hotel that doesn't even exist. The staff here welcomed us and were really helpful. The rooms are cosy, and having the hamam included was great. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We were there as a family for two nights from January 24th. The rooms were clean and so warm that we had to open a window at night. Reception was helpful, and the staff, both men and women, were friendly. Tea and coffee are available all the time on the -1st floor. The pools and Turkish bath were clean and tidy. The municipal pool and steam room were warmer than the hotel's, and I appreciated how patient and hardworking the municipal pool staff were. Some guests could follow the rules better. Food was clean, usually two main dishes, soup and various appetizers. Breakfast was good enough for us, though if you're used to living in a palace, it may not be. The price felt very good for what we got. There are supermarkets nearby and places to visit outside, but don't expect too much from the area. We couldn't see the museum because it was closed on Mondays. The lighting and information outside the hotel were excellent, congratulations to the mayor. Thanks to all the hotel staff who hosted us.

The thermal pool and sauna were nice, and entry to the Cimcime Sultan bathhouse next door was free. The main courses were fine, but desserts were a letdown: biscuit cake and chocolate pudding one day, then soggy kalburabastı the next. You also have to park by the roadside, as the hotel has no parking lot. The beds were awful. The first suite had a broken bed, so we couldn't sleep. After we told them in the morning, they moved us, but the next bed was even worse. Its cardboard frame creaked, as shown in the photo. They also said there was no Wi-Fi. It's strange for a 4-star municipal hotel in central Haymana to have no internet. The hotel is generally nice, but the beds and the lack of Wi-Fi were a real problem.
