The bathroom was filthy, the room was cold, and there was no air conditioning. There were no lights on the stairs and no lift, so you have to carry all your things up yourself. I told them I would leave a one-star review because everything was so unpleasant, then three five-star reviews appeared at once. It seemed to me they were writing good reviews for themselves, and I think those five-star reviews are fake. I don't recommend this place at all. It's not worth what you pay. Worst hotel I've stayed at in Turkey so far.

We booked two rooms because this was the closest affordable hotel near VFS, but when we arrived to check in at 11 pm with a baby, neither room was ready and both were dirty. We left for another hotel straight away. It smelled awful everywhere, including the elevator and the bathrooms. I couldn't spend even five minutes there. The pictures and price make it look decent, but this felt like a scam.

The bed looked clean, but I felt itchy for the next couple of days. The bathroom was smelly and dirty, and its door was hard to open and close. The window rail was broken and took a lot of force to move, while the TV remote didn't work. The walls are thin, so you can hear people talking next door.
