Even after booking three weeks ahead and calling 2-3 days before we arrived to remind them, they had forgotten our reservation. They said they’d give us their best room, but the toilet door wouldn’t close and there was a slight electric shock sensation in the shower. There were hair and blood stains on the bed, and noise from outside. I booked after seeing reviews calling it a family hotel. I wish I’d paid a little more to stay somewhere else.
We spent two days there as a family. The hotel was spotless and very clean, the staff were attentive, and breakfast had everything you could want. The price was reasonable too. It really lives up to its name in Erzurum.
Mr. Osman was very attentive. We’d planned to stay one day at a nearby hotel, but stayed here for two days at the same price instead. I’m usually shy, but they must have noticed and asked if anything was wrong. It’s wonderful to see that kind of respect for people. I’ve stayed here before and would come back.
The rooms are clean, the owners are friendly, and the price is reasonable. Compared with the other hotels in the area, this is the only one suitable for families.
Don’t go there. The bed had hairs on it, the sheets had yellow stains, and the bathroom was falling apart. The cleanliness was terrible and the place was disgusting. As our ancestors said, “You get what you pay for.”
